
Marissa presented her history project today at the fair. It was very snowy which I think played a part in many not being able to attend. However, the sweet lady (and her daughter) that is teaching her to sew came, and that was a big encouragement to Marissa.
Her topic was "How Events in History Influenced Women's Fashion in the 1900's". O

n her display board, she found pictures from each decade through the 1900's and placed them in a random pattern all over the board. Some of the websites she used for her research and pictures:
I found some little hangers with clothespin clips at a great little store in a

neighboring town. She used those to hang her title...shortened to 1900's History & Fashion. She did a great job and I'm proud of her!
